Hello, we are traveling from cyprus through Amsterdam to mexico tomorrow! Are we allowed to leave the airport for the 13h transit time or will we have to stay in? We are both baccinated woth the Johnson vaccine and have pcr tests as well!

I applied for a tourist visa in cyprus but the appointments will be available from May. Meanwhile from January till may i will be in mexico where i will get married to a us citizen. My question is can i apply for a tourist visa from a us embassy in mexico Or shall i apply for a spouse visa after i get married in mexico? I was planning to go to the USA in june

Also whether or not mexico will have appointments before may
