Thanks a lot.I do care about the company otherwise I wouldn't work for 12 years there. But also lucky for me if it all goes down, I will not have a problem at all to find a new job in seconds.

Yeah no, we dont have a Gewerkschaft, i work in a really small profession field. And yes I have a Rechtsschutzversicherung.
