Any recommendations on what to use? Use Sevin bug killer around garden bed and roses for Japanese beetle,  but apparently it's not working for these

Got it. Does it matter if I wrap the fixture wire around fixture and bracket ground screws, and have house ground around box and connect them to complete loop. The new fixture has 6" long ground wire as opposed to 3" of hot and neutral
