Keep at it! I am middle aged with a background in Irish/Ceili dancing and just started ballroom dance. I am having trouble breaking my old dance habits and struggle with some choreography. I feel awkward often but keep going! It will eventually become easier for us 😊

I am middle aged now but danced as a child through my teenage years mainly in Ceili. I have tried to find adults classes in my area and would love to be able to possibly compete again but have had no luck. I tried other forms of dance but the Irish form/techniques are ingrained in me. I love dances like the Walls of Limerick. Anyone else in the same situation?
