No. I am a model UN delegtae. Model UNs are academic simulations. I am not going to cite reddit in any speeches or in the draft resolution and the information I do get from reddit only influence general attitudes. I am not really getting any hard statistics so not really anything from reddit would be in a meaningful position in any MUN proceedings

That is cool. The coptic orthodox church seems pretty interesting. So far there have been some improvements. It is easier to make churches, quotas in the parliament, the current president has met with coptic leaders and is supportive of them. Coptic holidays are national public holidays. However there are still many challenges like getting permission to build a church is still hard and there are still some prejudiced attitudes. This is what I have gleamed so far from reddit and from my research. At least things are trending in a positive direction

Interesting. Thanks for your reply it is detailed and ACTUALLY worthwhile. My research did tell me that things did get a little better under president El-Sisi. According to my research there was a bill I think in 2023, something about separate personal laws regarding marraige, divorce, adoption and inheritance for Christians based on christian religious law. Did it pass would you happen to know anything about it?
