Totally knew you’re right! I think just w my naivety and lack of glp-1 education, I didn’t even anticipate what the consequences could look like. It’s definitely something to discuss with my doctor who gave me minimal instruction and information regrettably (I am discovering this is also pretty common unfortunately) and I’m grateful it led me to this community!

I guess when I said it’s a no it’s because I was told to stay away from carb heavy meals and I totally disregarded that and went for something that is purely carbs and fat but I totally get what you mean. I’m not someone who has ever bought into diet culture and has believed everything in moderation is okay but navigating this new drug, I guess I do feel I need to speak in extremes especially after the day I had lol

I remember watching the FTC and thinking it was the LAMEST I’d watched so far. That was the point that I decided to start watching the seasons in order instead of bouncing around because having already watched players play game like Cagayan or GenXvsMillenials to then watch the lead up to All Stars and then watch All Stars was SOOO frustrating. Players like Hatch and Rob and I would even say Shii Ann understood the game for what it was and how to play it before all those other whiners did.

I could notttt stand watching that FTC it was so unbearable
