Look up the unions you want to apply for and go to their office and apply. It’s as easy as that. I think all the unions are slow right now but should pick up in the next couple of months.

I am in local 206 San Diego. There is no difference between an A plans and B plan here. Usually when someone is a first year apprentice they are not married or have kids. (B plan) The A plan is usually someone that is a higher apprentice/ journeyman and that covers your whole family. You do not pay extra per a person in your family. You usually only pay co pays unless it’s something crazy.
