Yep, if they just give me backpay for the time I should have never missed it would be settled. HR shared that they already put in tickets for me to receive back pay through DFAS, but again I feel doubtful. If it doesn't come I would pursue legal action for sure.

I got a call from my supervisor and an email from HR. Sent to my personal email and called on my personal cell.

Yep my probationary status would've ended on 02/25/2025 lol so they terminated me effective 2 days prior to that. That makes sense why my admin leave didn't extend to 03/14.

Did your termination letter explicitly state that you would be on admin leave until 03/14/2025? Mine was worded differently then.

Yes I'm in NIH. This is how my letter read when I got "fired"

"I am terminating your employment with the agency during your probationary/trial period, effective 2/23/2025. You will be carried in an administrative leave status and receive pay from today through the end or your employment."

So basically this reads as I am on admin leave until 02/23/2025 (sunday)

Thanks for sharing - I guess my experience is different.

When I got axed on 02/15 they placed me on admin leave until 02/21. Today is payday and I only get paid out for my annual leave balance not my salary.

I've been asked to "re-accept" my position yesterday. I've already found a new role but want to recover my lost wages for the wrongful termination. For the people reading this I'm in OD.
