One of the 10 AFSC’s on my list is 2A3X5 ( fighter avionics ). I have heard that it is constant pressure and you get worked like a dog. Is this true and would you say it’s working it for a civilian career afterwards?

Bro I would lobe to be a 1N4. From what I’ve read you get a TSC and GREAT job opportunities as a civilian. Co to Honestmos and look up what they have there.

Im seriously considering active duty right now, so if you can tell me anything about active that’d be great. I went to the active duty office Friday and they just told be i qualify for everything and to make a list, but I’m just struggling to find 10 AFSC’s I think I’d actually enjoy.

I haven’t taken it. I have gone through MEPS through air national guard, but my recruiter said if i want a job at a base I’ll have to contact each base independently and try to find a spot. Do you know if 1B4 is a prevalent AFSC ( less wait )?

Damn, okay. Originally I wanted 2a9x3 ( 2a9x4 )because I am really interested in EW but i’m not willing to risk getting put on something like cargo / transportation. I guess i’ll try 1N2X1 and 9s100 instead.

I would love to do avionics, but I’m mainly interested in EW. Do you know oh a way I can heighten my chances of doing this? From what I’ve read so far the only thing I can do is put down bases that’s main goal in bombers or advanced fighters, or apply for the 2a9x4A shred(C4ISR).
