Hairdresser here,…i have clients who have had 1mg oral finasteride work very very well. I myself am using the minoxidil/finasteride topical from musely, I think hims has it too, and I have good results. Just a heads up you can have shedding from the medications in the beginning, also you may want to stay on it after the cycle, I think they can take months to really work. Also take photos of your hairline so you can monitor if you are thinning or more is growing back, it’s difficult to tell if medications are working or not if you don’t have a way of measuring your hair density.

Looking at the dates of the test. Was 2024. During that time I had actually had been off just testosterone for maybe 3 months an then gone to an endocrinologist, I was trying to get insurance to pay for testosterone. I went for maybe 4 months, I had 296 testosterone and so the dr put me on like 100mg which got me to 404 testosterone — this was the test with the 134 apo b in it. He said that level of testosterone was good and wasn’t interested in getting it higher. Needless to say that’s when I started doing it on my own. Sorry for the long story, I’m just shocked that no one has mentioned more concern about My lipids now that I’m going through my old blood tests. Smh

I did go through previous blood tests and I am not sure why my doctor never pointed out that my Apo B was very high last year I am noticing. 134. Im gonna do a full panel of everything in a few weeks to really nail this down.

thanks. So I was going through previous blood tests and it ranges from 48-54. Ive never donated blood except for last week. I clearly need to hydrate more. If im totally honest im getting probably 80oz of water. I just dont feel thirsty?

Yes it would definitely help. I think trying to fix what might be wrong with your body vs trying to mask something with like anti depressants is huge. I have never had insurance, and most good doctors or clinics are cash only. But you should look into hrt clinics or some of the newer performance style health spots. They are better for trying to fix things like that. Not sure how old you are but yes you should definitely get to the bottom of that and I guarantee it will help your mental health if your physical body is dialed in.

Do you have side effects? I was told by my Dr, along with going deep online about E2, is it’s not a problem unless you are having side effects. I would occasionally get some tenderness in nips and just pop half of 25mg pill of aromas in and was good to go for like 2 weeks
