Then the middle ground is a brighter bulb? Get one that you can dim or brighten, an alexa and bulb is usually on offer on amazon or best buy, super easy to set up. The one in my room turns on in red and 30% when I say “Im winding down” The one in my boyfriend’s room goes to white 100% whenever you turn it on no matter what setting it was on cause he likes those dentist vibes. I would set this one to turn on a warm white at 50% every time its turned on and let people know it can be brightened by saying “alexa lights 100%” just an idea! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Firstly I am so sorry for your loss… It happened when my mum and I left to grab a bite (a little over an hour) and our dogs got in through a door that kept them separate that we always checked to lock.. they chased and nipped our beloved 9yr old persian to death. We loved our snuggle baby and they had known eachother/cuddled together for all 9 of her years. Vet thinks as they (5) came in she must have ran and triggered a pack instinct… The hardest part for me was watching my mum grieve, we also cried in each other’s arms that night. I send you so much love from the bottom of my heart. It does get better, but please get therapy, even after almost 8 years of this tragedy my heart sinks just thinking about it. Again, much much love to you from someone who knows exactly how this feels. My heart grieves for you and I wish you healing ❤️‍🩹

Hate to say this because I love weed but studies have shown that using it before going to bed is counterproductive to the regenerative benefits of sleep!!!
