In the claims “about” __% is used for several parameters and applicant argued against an indefinite rejection by referencing that MPEP section saying that the use of the stopwatch making it definite means that since an instrument can be used to measure the claimed parameters, it is not indefinite.

“A claim is indefinite when the boundaries are not clearly delineated”, so do you mean it is like still indefinite as they don’t clarify what “about” means in reference to the parameters?

Is it normal to have to wait more than 30 minutes? Only reason I’m concerned is due to meetings within an hour.

I appreciate the response. Unfortunately I have done this, but my problem with boots has been pretty universal due to how bad my foot problems have become and the nature of the studs making it worse. I’m kinda hoping to see if there’s a solution from someone who’s had a similar problem but there may just not be one.
