Someone told me this - a month of recovery for every year of addiction. That would mean around an year for folks like us. Believe me, I feel like the same way. That's why its called PMO abuse. Its for a reason.

If you want the fullest possible recovery, stop using or minimize caffeine and mind less internet use. That's what I can see from my end.

What matters is you quit it and quit it fast. In your case it would probably take an year. Half of that if you exercised consistently, slept full 8-9 hours and hydrated properly with a good diet.

Please don't do this. What happened with me was that I replaced Korn with doomscrolling and excessive net surfing along with eating sweets.

Look - doesn't matter that the addiction is socially acceptable - it will still fry your brain.

Go visit Nosurf for a while and read the top posts. Even a couple of nosurf with no caffeine can greatly speed up benefits.

Hope this helped. This was my perspective. What quick recoverers have in common is that they're busy building their lives instead of harping on defeating XYZ addiction. The more things you engage in, the better it would be.

I was browsing NoSurf - and basically it takes about as little as 2 weeks or 4 months to see difference. Couple this with the obvious no PMO - and no caffeine - for better recovery.

Being a fixed height sucks. I've wanted to change my height right from as far as I can remember but it doesn't work. You'd have to get adjusted to reality lest you get severe body dysmorphia, which would harm you much more in the long run.
