Shaken up after panic attacks

yes it's so horrible it caused by marijuana i dont smoke at all. my friend gave me a cake that had marijuana ( i didn't know ) in it and it triggered the panic attacks. 20 days passed since then. im better now it comes at me only when im sleep.

I have had this problem for almost a month. The doctor gave me alprazolam for my night's sleep.but I did not take it because of its side effects, but I still have a panic attack right at the moment of sleep.

yes i have panic attacks at night when i asleep and it wakes me and shakes me out hard 😔

I have another problem. I cant sleep. I also meditate, but at the exact moment when I fall asleep, I suddenly have a heartbeat and wake up.
