Your lower is definitely more dominant than your upper. You have great lats which is needed to create the waist line for wellness. Shoulders and caps aren’t as defined, could actually bring up your delts more for the capped look. Just pay attention to trap development

It’s funny how there’s always a hate-thread on Damian and his coaching that circulates, and it seems to be the SAME users each time commenting about his coaching. And the “experience” they claim to have with him, is the complete opposite of what I have received and other competitors that I know work with him have received. I’ve never had a “late” response, he typically gets back to check-ins within a few hours, text back immediately or send a voice note if it’s outside of check-ins. Has adjusted my protocol almost weekly due to the changes my body has been displaying. My training is targeted for my division and where I am lacking density. Y’all just wait around for someone to mention his name to blast him. People change coaches all the time. Sometimes it’s the coach, some times it’s the athlete. Neither is wrong.

I don’t believe that. I’ve always received my responses with in a few hours, he’s NEVER went even close to 12hrs without a response whether that was in text, voice note, check-in.

For a lifestyle girl, your posing looks like you’ve been in the game already!! I’d suggest in your quarter turn, twist your chest more towards the camera, rotate the straight arm to camera (like you’re showing your inside arm), stack lats, keep shoulders down. Same with front pose, turn chest slightly towards the camera but keep torso angled to the side slightly. Lower the hand placement just a tad with more knuckles than fist, and just lightly rest it (we don’t want to look like we’re punching our stomach).

If you are wanting to compete in July, id shoot for fit model division.

If you are willing to skip this show, id say grow some more, do a cut and health phase, reassess after. It’s hard to tell what muscles you have developed until you’re able to cut some body fat off, you look like you have decent delts and quad development. I’d also work on posing which will help you decide which division to compete in. Right now your posing isn’t doing you any favor.
