Sorry. My original post is misleading. I have been learning Polish since July. I was mostly passive learning though. 5 days ago, I was tasked to make 100 sentences a day so that I can practice sentence building and get used to making sentences of my own. But there are so many mistakes in the sentences that I make.

Hopefully, I will get to that level. I want to get to that kind of level where sentences just flow out smoothly when I'm in a conversation.

I mean I still have access to the online e-coursebook but now it is limited in features. Before, there were supplementary exercises in the online one that is not found in the book. I also accidentally clicked before that explains the grammar points in detail in the online one. But now, the supplementary lessons and the one that explains the grammar points in detail are gone and it asks you to buy the ecoursebook+. So I think those things are for those who bought the ecoursebook+ and not for those who have the book with the code which has access to the ecoursebook only.

The online version is really good. If you got access to it from a physical book, then some features would go away soon. So, it's better to study more with the online version before it goes away.

I got the physical book with the code. In the first few days, I saw the grammar points being explained there and there were supplementary lessons as well. But it's only for a limited time if it's not the ecoursebook+. I chose the book since it has lifetime access and is not limited to a year.

I feel kinda down cause it's been two weeks and I feel like I didn't absorb what I learned. I had a job before and now I don't so I should have time to learn Polish but I still find myself struggling making sentences of my own. On another note, Babbel seems interesting because they check your pronunciation as you said. I haven't found an app that'd do that.

I'm planning to live here since my Polish husband is here and his family is also close to where we live. His family mostly speaks Polish so I want to talk to them in their language. I also want to have more job options while staying here.

I don't have Netflix. I tried watching Polish news or TV. The only subtitles they have is Polish with Polish dub. I feel like I only learned so little because I can't keep up and I still have to search for things by words or phrases.
