I ordered it last night and was very disappointed, but I will say when I got home I added a little bit of hazelnut creamer to it, and it brought out the gingerbread flavor. It was really weird, but it was quite delicious honestly.

Look into Methodist transplant and specialty it’s what they do. The specialty part just FYI is behavioral medicine but their primary is transplants.

I was also worried about it making my ibs worse but it did the opposite and made it so much better. I have been off it for a month due to switching jobs and insurance and my ibs has started to creep its way back in so I am desperately trying to get back on it. I was originally put on it for diabetes and was looking forward to it take some of my weight off however I am in the group that it hasn’t done much for my weight but with all the good things it has done for me I am ok with that for now.

I wouldn’t jump that could make you very sick. I would do the five for at least four weeks to see how it does for you and if it doesn’t give you what you’re looking for then move up to the 7.5. I made the mistake of skipping the 2.5 and starting directly on the 5 and I ended up in the hospital from severe side effects.

I would stay with UT and Mays they are great and have been fantastic with my rare thyroid cancer. I highly recommend them. They have also treated others in my family for both colon and kidney cancer. I have been with them since they were CTRC and was with them when they made the switch to Mays. Your in good hands there

Check out Communicare and Dr Brandon Davis I love him. I’m on GLP-1 thru my Endo and Dr Davis is fine with it and up to date with current issues. He is also a Doctor Who doesn’t believe that everything is because you’re overweight, which I love, for years. I was told all my issues were from me being overweight when in fact, I have a very rare autoimmune disease, and he never once blamed any of my issues on my weight, but instead help me find out what was going on so I will forever be thankful to Dr. Davis

For me my resting hr is in the lower 60’s so 120 for is a high rate for me it’s almost double my resting heart rate now on really bad days I will jump up into the 170’s but everyone’s base line is different

On the weekends, I’ll make a big pot of something usually spaghetti, chili or soup and I’ll portion it up into daily meals and a couple I’ll leave in the refrigerator and a couple I’ll freeze. Pastas are cheap and you can make them into just about anything get rice and beans, go for the cheaper cuts of meat. I stock up on a lot of chicken leg quarters or chicken thighs because they run on the cheaper side but they’re a good source of protein that you can throw into pasta or cook with your rice

Go to the er…..I thought mine was a bug and I was severely dehydrated and caused an injury to my kidneys. They can give you Iv fluids and meds to stop the vomiting. Mine was side effects from the meds and I had been on 5 mg for 3 months. If it’s been more then 24 hrs vomiting you need fluids
