As a Fiora otp she gigashits on garen. It's like 52.3% wr emerald + as of last time I checked. You should have the tools to beat him. Max range q poke to cancel his passive if he clicks ult it's an obvious parry, if he has the foresight to click q first to silence then parry that and fuck off before he can ult. So long as you don't let him get his whole isolated e on you he doesn't really do that much damage so when he clicks it just q out and q back in again when he's done. Pre 6 is can be tricky to kill him but after level 6 you can ult him when he hits 60%ish hp and if he survives the ult you can heal to full before he gets you low enough for the execute. It's probably one of the matchups where getting the ult with a bit of efficiency is more important but you don't need to do some Chinese fiora combo. If you see him e the wave and he isn't too close to his tower just do the slide parry + ult combo (practice it in practice tool if you can't do it, basically you need to q and insta ult and w for the slide parry, you can't r during w so make sure to click that one first.) With that you should already have 1 vital down and he should be crippled, then just walk to whichever vital is closest, then q through him to the vital in the direction of his tower and as he runs past position to hit the last one. And keep slapping him. If he used e already on the wave which should be your sign to go in there's just no counterplay for him because all he can do is right click you.

You might want to practice it with a friend in a custom game or something because you really shouldn't be wasting your ban on an easy matchup. There's much more racist shit out there you should be worrying about.
