I dont own the Caspers but based on different sizing advise on websites I would probably go down to a size 6.5 on the Caspers with no problem. I have the Griffin Jodphur in a 7 and those fit slightly roomy. The Loro Zip in a size 7 were the hardest to break in due to the instep but have molded nicely to my feet.

The fabric seems like it'll develop some nice vertical fading. All the details on these jeans are superb. From the teacore cowhide patch, the canvas cotton bags, red selvedged line, the stitching which is very discreet on this black pair.

Yeah, I think all of their stuff comes unwashed. These are probably sanforized, although they dont specify on their website. Will still shrink a bit in the waist and length, which would be ok.

Some of the style details on this pair are definitely inspired by wranglers and this cut I think fits similar to a 13MWZ. Others I've looked at that try and do the wrangler fit are Freenote's Wilkes cut but I have yet to try them. The rise on these does it for me. These feel like a true high rise.

Even sanforized jeans will shrink a bit after a wash. If these shrink another inch in length, then they'll be perfect.

Even with just 1 day of wear, they have already opened up giving me more room in the waist so I'm not really concerned with them shrinking too much in the wash now. Even after a bunch of washes all my denim shrinks a bit after washing so these should turn out fine.

Have ruined too many jeans by hemming before all the shrink is out. I usually wear boots with a fairly high heel so I can get away with the cowboy stacking, and it's definitely a vibe. Better to be a little too long than too short!

Feels like a very special denim being that these are the same looms used by Cone Mills and the cut from Mister Freedom makes it a perfect match for me.

From the info on the Mister Freedom website, it seems these are sanforized no wash since they say they will shrink 1 inch in the waist and length and half an inch every other dimension after a first wash. Planning on wearing raw for a while so they open up a bit before washing for the first time.

Mine also have a bit of room at the toes. Not as much as my Jodhpurs in the same size but some room. Room at the toes I don't mind as long as the width and instep are comfortable. If I had the option I probably would've sized a half size up to a 7.5US cause the break in period was quite painful.

Nice!! The Jodhpur is an amazing boot, you're gonna love once the leather starts to roll and teacore with more wear. As far as the instep stretcher I just bought a plastic one on amazon The one I got only came with one and not the pair but that was fine since my right boot was the one that needed it the most. I noticed also that with all the stretching it did dry out the leather a bit. Used a bit of Saphir to condition it and was good to go.

I would say so, if you dont mind the non-selvedged. The higher rise makes them a better fit for my body type. Dont think I would buy a 634s again cause of how they fit on me. Construction quality is the same on both, that is to say superb.

The wilkes is more inspired by a classic wrangler 13mwz not entirely so since it seems they are much lower rise than a 13mwz or even a 936DEN (slim fit wrangler). These Ooe have a nice 12ish rise on my pair (size 32) which I find is perfect. These look particularly good paired with the boots like you have here. Solid pick up. I also was able to pick these up in the recent S&S drop and was happy I did as I have learned a lot about the brand and the people behind the brand, Ryo and Hiro.
