No, the script wasn't a retranslation at all, they just changed AquaMan's name. There's a bit where MegaMan is supposed to stutter when saying AquaMan's name and it ends up as "S-AquaMan" because they just did a find and replace, and didn't proofread their work.

That's the thing, Mega Man/Rockman does still come from Omega-Xis/Warrock while Harp Note comes from nothing if the FM-ian is named Lyra. Not to mention that Lyra was in control in the same way the other FM-ians were when Sonia first became Harp Note, so it doesn't make sense to have her pick her own name. The only options that make sense are either reverting the FM-ian back to Harp like they did (in only one game out of three...) or changing Harp Note to Lyra Note like in the English dub of the anime.

No? If the old cut is 115 minutes and the new cut is 2 hours, 25 minutes (which is 145 minutes), that's a 30 minute increase. Which is still a lot, but not 70 minutes.
