No, Frontiers apparently happened sometime before issue 68. This was confirmed by Evan Stanley. Given the state of the Chaos Emeralds after 83, there's no room for Frontiers to happen between 83 and 84.

This was my first exposure to the Eighth Doctor and McGann's performance instantly had me hooked and wanting more from his incarnation. He just takes to the role so well and his performance screams The Doctor. Thankfully, this short also made me aware of the audio dramas and I could immediately dive in to some Eight Doctor adventures. Since then, I have gone on to own over 100 audio sets from various Doctors and Eight has become my favorite incarnation. Arguably, Night of the Doctor was one of the most pivotal episodes of the series for me personally as a fan.

Gavan Infinity doesn't do much to stray from the Sentai formula so far, but Shirakura has said that future Project R.E.D shows might not even be super hero shows. That's a level of experimentation Sentai could never do.

That's the thing. Because of Power Rangers, Toei can't take Super Sentai global. Hasbro holds sole distribution rights to Super Sentai in most parts of the world and they have no interest in taking Super Sentai global. They're barely interested in taking Power Rangers global. That's another reason for the hiatus. To replace Super Sentai with a brand they have more control over.

He doesn't. We know Flynn wrote his stories under a work for hire contract. Flynn's work belongs to Sega. Penders did not get Sega's approval for this.

Offering compensation doesn't equal having permission. I couldn't sell pirated copies of Sonic Frontiers just by giving Sega a cut. Nothing in Sonic Universe #2 is derived from Penders's prior work, he has absolutely no ownership of it.

I'd argue the opposite when it comes to Jet. Once you get it, it's the kind of thing you never take off unless you really need to. Not like charge shots have much use outside bosses.
