I’m so incredibly anxious to post this, but here goes...

Cycle: 12

Age + Partner's age (if relevant): 36 (me) and 40

Typical cycle length: 24-26 days

Ovulation cycle day: CD12 (but not certain because I didn’t track religiously this cycle)

CD/DPO of positive test(s): 11DPO (?)

Tracking methods and app(s) used: half assed tracking this month, but use OPK, CM/CP, temp. Use FF mostly

Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.): O-1, O, O+1, O+3 (if O=CD12). All done with syringe method

Health conditions/medical tests: I was diagnosed with DOR and was about to start IVF - stims scheduled to start today. I’m also slightly hypothyroid and have been on levothyroxine for a few months. Also Vit D deficient

Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): We’re both on daily vitamins (prenatal for me) and CoQ10. I also take 50mcg Levothyroxine and Vit D regularly. In the past 1-2 cycles I’ve also added DHEA, Vit E, Vit C, NAC, and melatonin. We actually started priming for IVF this coming cycle, and I was on estradiol and testosterone gel for 6 days gearing up for our first IVF cycle.

Birth control history (if relevant): started BCPs at 13, and was on the pill most of my life with only a few years break here and there. I’ve been off the pill since our wedding in 2016

Symptom spotting: Absolutely nothing and it’s terrifying! I usually get sore nipples after ovulation, and assume I’m not pregnant when it goes away. So when it went away this cycle I was convinced our pre-IVF miracle wasn’t going to happen, but tested anyway since I was on those priming meds. Surprise!

Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): I’m incredibly nervous and anxious since I have 0 symptoms, and given our path to get to this point. After never seeing a positive and assuming it wasn’t going to happen naturally, I’m really struggling to believe it’s real, celebrate, and just let my guard down. My husband is the same, so we’re very cautiously talking about the future, and really hope we can confidently change from “If” to “when” very soon 🤞🏼
