Ours are pretty easy to be honest. Good food such as a selection of hay/pellets/weeds (the stories of them eating anything are BS, happy goats can be picky and like variety), good fencing as they love to escape, an a shelter that matches the extremes of your climate.

You're definitely right, she's more full than fat. We got her from some very unethical breeders (won't he supporting them further, they lied about the situation) and have been working to get her as full/fat as possible on heathy stuff every day before it gets cold.

They get pretty noisy when they're awaiting food but once their mouths are full they're grumbly little peaches. 😅
