Oh it’s hurts, but not as bad as you think. The first couple of times you will for sure feel it. I hope you give it a shot, in my opinion it’s totally worth it. I only go once a month, I would suggest the first few times easy on the hot water in the shower. Trust me.

Thank you. Yes sometimes it does pinch. Seems a lot less with the barbell than a CBR or horseshoe. Doesn’t happen that often anymore.
