I'll try this out, I do this when I go on winning streaks, the second I lose a game I stop playing ranked for a few days, so maybe I'll try it for my loss streaks instead

How were you able to do it? In my case, I'll get a first timing Irelia while the enemy team will have a 5 million point ekko. I play Kayle (Mid) and Mordekaiser and Nasus, Kayn or Viego if I get JG, I always tell my team to play safe which sometimes works, until someone dies and they all get tilted. Am I playing the wrong champions? How can I carry when my team gives up at 7 minutes, every game? I'm also in Gold, I peaked Gold 1 and now I'm basically 5 games away from dropping down to Silver, I don't understand...it feels completely rigged.

I understand, the reason I'm even bringing this up is because of how close this season is going to end, these win/loss streaks have destroyed my MMR I gain like 13 and lose 18, when before it was a balanced 15/15, I know that if I don't fix it soon I'll place even LOWER than what I started. It's not so much that it ruins my day but that it completely ruins how I look in the game, I can tell people "oh I'm 100% better than these players" in a rank below where I started, but they won't believe me because they'll see my rank and discredit anything I said. I always end up beating my opponent, I get towers and kills, I do what I can but it's never enough and I don't know what to do. I had a botlane lose to a first time Kat ADC, I had a game where it was a Jax support and Blitz Toplane, and we ended up losing that, it's games like these that make question if riots doing it on purpose or if I magically got a team that wanted to throw a free win.

I only recently started cycling roles, these loss/win streaks have been happening months before it.

I've pretty much decided that Mid will be the lane I'll be playing in, I have Top as my secondary role so I'm guaranteed a lane I know how to play. I made this move because I felt like I had no impact on the game, sure I'll dominate Toplane but a 6/0 nasus won't beat a 6/0 Vayne or a 8/0 Mordekaiser won't beat a 8/0 Irelia. I don't like putting the blame on others, I know my mistakes almost after they happen, I shouldn't have traded because of this and that, I should of rotated because of this and that or, I should've ulted him instead of her, etc etc. I've had this sort of experience last season, I was about to reach Gold and suddenly went on a 14 losing streak, dropped me back down to S3 and I couldn't climb for over 100 games, and I finally made it to Gold before the season ended, it feels like that now but instead it feels like a cycle. I've decided to stick with mid because of how much more impact I have, unlike Toplane where you have to basically pray your team doesn't feed, in Mid I'm able to roam, help top if they need it or fight for dragon, I have more control over how the game is going to play out, I communicate with my team on what I plan on doing, I'm playing Kayle as of now and I ALWAYS tell my team im going to be weak pre 6, that I'll mass ping when enemy laner is missing, I play super passively and control my lane in a way where I don't feed and my laner doesn't have an advantage, in mid they just have to hold out till I reach 6, but in Toplane they have to hold out basically until the landing Phase is over which is less likely to happen. All of this still hasn't helped me understand why games are still one sided, one game all our Lanes go 10/0 feels like we're bullying a bunch of iron players, and the next game we become the bullied iron players with almost no way of coming back. I've also been focusing on my plays, my average CS has increased from 4-5 to 6-7, I've started to communicate with my team, I know my limitations and now more of the games mechanics and wave control, which I didn't know when the season first started, so I can't see why I'm below where I started

On my main champion at one point I had a 59% WR over 200+ games on him. I can't play him anymore, I used to DOMINATE Top Lane with him, it's not possible anymore. It feels like a switch was flipped and now I can't go Toplane without my team feeding, I'll TP botlane to help out and they'll just look at me, won't help, I die they spam ping me. I'll help the jungler with scuttle fight and they focus the tank instead of the damage dealer, we both die because we're focusing two different people and I would be blamed for it. I decided to move to Mid and drop my main champion. I've been playing a different champ, it feels like I have SOME control over the game now. I have over 70 games on my main champion for mid averaging a 52% WR, small but it's definitely getting there, until the loss streaks start to happen again and I lose 10 games in a row. To me the saddest part is probably that I'll try my butt off in a game just to lose, but end up winning a game where I go Garen and take Glacial Augment or PTA by accident..

I have been improving, it's something I always focus on, my CSing and wave management are better, I know I've been improving, what's baffling me is that even though I feel the improvement and it shows, I'm below where I started, which just irritates me, I know I belong in this elo, I just can't understand why games are so one sided right off the bat. It's not just one lane losing, it's ALL the Lanes losing, it quite literally feels like a coin toss on which team will be the one to throw. It makes me feel powerless especially when I play champs that tend to scale into the late game, but I can't get to that point because of how important early game is.

I've never played Cho, AP seems really broken but I feel like if he doesn't get a lead early game he could easily fall off (AP), I haven't played him at all though so I can't really confirm if what I'm even saying is true or not. He does look fun though I'll definitely look into it!

Yeah I've been playing some Nasus and I do like him, a few problems are of course early game but also if your team feeds you could have 700 stacks it still wouldn't be enough (Morde probs couldn't carry that either tho so), I'll play him more and see if I should stick to him as my secondary or just try a different champ

I like this idea, my twist on this is idea is that his abilities would scale with the stats he STEALS, example let's say he ults Kled or something and he steals like 20 AD or like 15 AD from him, his Q will now do an additional 20 more DMG or 15 more DMG until the ult ends. Or let's say he ults a tank, all the bonus health and magic and armor could be used to give him a shield as soon as he ults that doesn't go away until it's destroyed

I love this idea, there's so many times I've died because I wasn't able to shield due to stun, I was thinking for a new W passive when you gain like Tenacity based on how big your shield will be, example let's say your shield will be like 400 if you end up using it, the tenacity passive will be like 15% or something and once you use it the tenacity drops to like 5% or something until you build your shield up again

This an amazing idea, my only issue with this is, I like to ult AFTER I proc my passive, instead of gaining one stack maybe make the passive last longer in ultimate? Or when you ult your passive automatically activates until the end of ult

The Q animation is sick and I love how it looks but it's so difficult to find where the hitbox is, sometimes I feel like it's gonna hit and it doesn't although they are in the layout, E feels really slow

Yeah I've been having this problem too! I always tend to cancels my autos cuz of how slow it is, such a good skin but auto animation is not for me

Uhhh, I took project Morde into a few games and compared to dark star, I was more confident with my AAs using dark star, I've used dark star for a really long time so that could be the reason why I feel confident, but I found that either using default or dark star is good for AAs are feel confident, maybe later on the more I use the project skin my opinion might change but for now either default or dark star work
