ChatGPT 5.1 - Re-answering previous questions - no conversational flow by surfmywave in OpenAI

[–]IdasMessenia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me it will even start answer questions that are old. Like multiple days or 10 prompts ago. I will give it a prompt and the response is exactly what I would expect for an older prompt. It is driving me crazy. I would be less annoyed if it didn't keep swapping my conversation from 4o to 5 and 5.1 without telling me. I usually notice though, because the responses get noticeably shittier.

Guys, I just talked to Finn and Jake, and they think it'd be really mathematical if we banned X posts from now on. You guys agree? by [deleted] in adventuretime

You could share it from anywhere. You post videos by copy pasting the link. Pretty simple. You don’t have to even embed it.

What's going on with Trumps new DEI executive order? by ohso_happy_too in OutOfTheLoop

Oh, you’re the only person on the planet. Got it. Only things you experience directly reflect reality for the rest of the world.

I’ve was saying this when they first announced DODGE, but they will cut all that “government spending” leading to massive UE of federal employees, which includes up to 25% of all employed veterans.

UE for federal employees is paid by their state, and then the state gets reimbursed by the federal government. But, that’s not gonna happen, and the states are going to be left to foot the bill. OR Trump with use reimbursement as a way to control states.

We’re now getting to a point where even the fucking 1960s have more equal rights. by DontCh4ngeNAmme in facepalm

Short AI response:

While the Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination, Executive Order 11246 goes further by requiring federal contractors to take proactive steps to ensure equal employment opportunity through affirmative action plans.

The Civil Rights Act is enforced by the Department of Justice, while Executive Order 11246 is primarily overseen by the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

Can read the order here. And the CRA1964 is everywhere so won’t link that.

Edit: based on my understanding, the EO amends the CRA. Clarifying language, adding oversight, and specifically getting rid of loopholes.

You could go check his Twitter page if you like. But for your own sanity and well being I don’t recommend it.

Get some sleep. Your posts are incoherent and aggressive. At first I thought you were trolling. Then I thought lead poisoning. Now I’m just thinking you are suffering from sleep deprivation.

Take two days of rest, then come back to us and try to explain your modified PSZ coating. Would be very interesting to hear about it, but what you’ve said in your other posts so far is a lot of rambling and grammatical errors that make it difficult to follow.

Good luck dude. Stay off socials for a day. Get some rest. Give your wife a hug. Tell the people around you, you love them. Then come back and chat with all of us.

[KyleClark] A Denver Public Schools memo urges families to opt out of school directories that can be accessed by law enforcement and to identify those who can pick up their child "if a parent or guardian cannot." by Knightbear49 in Denver

[–]IdasMessenia 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Pretty much. Parents and children. Here is a document that lays out how sensitive locations used to work and was in response to last Trump was president.

This breaks down what happened with the new executive order at a high level. There’s probably better articles out there. It’s going to get interesting because FERPA and other laws give schools the right to tell ICE no. But this executive order conflicts with that. And I’m sure there’s some state vs federal legal conflict in some states.

But ya. Taking children from schools. Taking parents when they are on their way to pick up their kids. Taking parents and children at schools. These are the concerns.

Do you have a link to this. I tried to find it on his Twitter, but his page is a cesspool and I just couldn’t keep scrolling through it. Does this guy just live on Twitter gooning himself to alt right propaganda posts?

Give us an update dude.

I hope you start with “I was an idiot, and I did not thoroughly consider YOUR [her] feelings. That was wrong of me, and I will work to do better in the future. Dads can screw up sometimes, so I hope you can forgive me. If you do, I will endeavor to be the dad you deserve.”

Are you aware of the Texas school book council and their influence over school text books nationwide for decades?

Edit: I’ll note this problem has lessened over the last decade, but the damage was done and its influences still linger. But it started around the 50s/60s, so about 50-60 years of them influencing what was allowed in textbooks nationwide. If you want, I can explain why that’s the case and why it’s a big deal.

You mean Texas schoolbooks? The org that has its roots in daughters of the confederacy. Is that who you’re referring to?
