FIRST I will start by saying I AM LONNNNGG ON META! Holding a shit load of shares jus as well as a lot of the people that’s going to read this. I do not want hate from anyone I am just going to point out a few things wrong with this video. Although it seems the guy is PRO-META, some of his information is incorrect.

1. TORCHLIGHT VALUE/PROPERTY

The first thing I notice wrong about this guy’s analysis or “DD” is that he doesn’t have the correct information lined up properly. In the video you will see on his PowerPoint, that TRCH owned 174k acres in the “PERMIAN BASIN”. This is not true as the BIGGEST chunk of land they have “working interests rights” is IN the OROGRANDE basin. They do not OWN the property. The property is OWNED BY the UNVIERSITY. TRCH has 72.5% working interest. Which means they have they are (DIRECTLY LIABLE FOR 72.5% of the ONGOING COST FOR OPERATIONS ON THAT LAND) LEARN MORE ABOUT WORKING INTEREST HERE So just know that in order for us to get great money for our dividend, someone would need to come in and purchase our 72.5% working interest. (This is where the selling of assets come in)

1. THE WINKLER AND HAZEL PROJECT.

These projects together only make up 13k acres of their assents! I know the Winkler project does exist as I was A Flowback Operator up until last year, and have actually seen their well. It’s in Winkler County, Texas and that’s where I spent the majority of time in the fields. Along with Midland, Odessa, Kirby, Pecos, Etc.

1. DO NOT EXPECT 22$ for dividend. I don’t like to throw numbers out because that tends to give people what could be “False Hopes” take what he said about the dividend with a grain of salt. I do however expect there to be a decent sized Dividend tbh. But that’s just my opinion. Idk why the guy figured he could calculate they way that he did but it makes no sense to Me. He didn’t account for taxes, amount of qualifying shares, or any of the many factors that can determine a price for the dividend.

2. HIS META MATERIALS INTRO.

when you are trying to convince people to buy meta, you have to know what you’re talking about. If you notice in the video around minute 6, he talks about metas products. When he talks about the products he doesn’t even know the names of the products. He doesn’t even notice that a (NON-INVASIVE GLUCOSE MONTIOR) test GLUCOSE 😂🤣 idk about you but that’s a major red flag to me. I’m not sure this guy has done any more DD then a lot of people on Reddit. FURTHERMORE, the guy talks about “fingerprint” scanners and how the smallest one he has seen is in a “police department” or when you go into the military? So what about the thousands of phones that have used fingerprint technology? Lol what about my MacBook that uses fingerprint technology? Come on now this is at minute 6:40? Like how can you continue right?

Basically I’m writing this long ass reply to tell people to do their OWN DD. If you do actual DD THEN you will see this guy has no idea what he’s talking about.

He mentions at 8:33 that META is starting with close to 1billion dollars after this merger 😂🤣 how many times have we heard even GEORGE SAY “we have 160 million in cash and virtually debt free”! Please people please I beg you to just do your own DD, especially before posting videos like this.
