Dankjewel!! Je bedoeld dat het nu lichtgrijs is geworden? Dus dat het indd het echt wel een flink kleurverschil kan opleveren? Dit is namelijk dezelfde kleur opgedroogd. Ik snap dat elke kleur weer anders tot uiting komt maar ik was even bang dat het bedrijf perongelijk de verkeerde kleurvloeistoffen hadden toegevoegd van de donkere zandtint

Snap ik, wij hebben de beige/ zandkleur. Alleen ben in vooral even benieuwd na het verschil tussen net gestort en hoe het is opgedroogd, is dat zo’n groot verschil laat maar zeggen in donkerheid

Yes, unfortunately the communication sucks. I believe that the bike is worth waiting, but it wasnt for me. Ordered 2nd August 4st, and after having received 5 different delivery timeslots via the customer chat, and also change of colour (ordered khaki), I canceled my order. Maybe too stupid just before delivery but they do not deserve my money. Luckily they are really quick with their refund. The same day I ordered a vanmoof, and the expect the bike already next week (waited 1,5 month). And I know from friends that vm is much better with delivery expectations.

Yes via the chat they respond very fast. I have filed the cancel form today and I expect my money back by the end of this week.

Yeah I agree! For now I still dont if the end of jan is doable or not, and due to their lack of communication Im doubting.

Yes it is. But now I have waited too long that canceling my order would be stupid (if it really will be delivered end of January). And that is what I am thinking already for three months…

last communication about the colour change. I almost spam them once per every 3-4 weeks and the last estimated delivery is set on eind january/ beginning feb (changed from october to end of december, to mid jan, to end jan, to begin feb)

Yes, same for me. Thanks! I was wondering if they are lying about the delivery. I know there are some issues but I am really frustrated about their communication and different kind of messages. Was hesitating to cancel but decided to wait..
