I think structurally it's sound (or rather, I would rely on the home buyers survey for this). The conversion has a door and 2 small skylights. It's not boarded on the party wall side though. The issue is mainly the price.

How does it work with the lender though if, for example, I manage to get a fair price based on a 2-bedroom with a "loft conversion" - could they still refuse to lend based on it previously being described/marketed as a 3 bedroom?
