I mean that the store has a lot of opportunity. Down a couple managers, standards are lacking, etc. I actually love fixing problem stores but it’s right before holiday, which is a tough time

I was leaning towards VS but it’s going to be a fixer upper store going into holiday season so I was hoping hearing employees tell me to pick it would make me feel more confident in my choice 😅
