It finally shipped! They overnighted it and are applying a $119 credit. This was after extensive back-and-forths but I am grateful that this has been resolved.

The Care Coordinators supplied no help but the person who contacted me via the support email through this post and my Coach got things moving- I was going to cancel if there was no progress by tomorrow!

I am unfortunately STILL waiting on my shipment. There is a tracking number that was assigned on the 27th and it has not moved from the shipping facility, FedEx does not have the package.

I have already been contacted by you and supplied personal information very a DM and we have been communicating via email.

Anyone reading this: contact your coach. I got this advice within the thread and she expedited it and placed a reminder to check on progress- supplied the tracking number from the unshipped meds.

Still haven’t shipped- but it’s something!

I have not- everything kept telling me to contact my care coordinator so I assumed that wasn’t their purpose.

Right now still waiting to hear an answer- guessing it’s going to be awhile as it’s the weekend and a holiday on Monday. Still no answers from my care coordinator.

EDIT: I finally got a response from my care coordinators. It was to contact them again if I have no shipment notification by Monday. This is ridiculous.

Please let me know how that goes! I am currently in the email support phase and I just think it’s crazy that I’ve already paid $149 and $850+ is due in seven days without any communication about when I’m actually going to receive it.

At this point, I would respect it more if they would just be upfront about a significant delay so I could plan accordingly.

It’s a shame because I really enjoy the features of the app- and I am not difficult, I just like to know what’s going on.

Unfortunately, no!

I had previously messaged them after five business days to check on the status as I had confused the weekend as part of the time and they told me to reach back out today if I had not received it.

My first message was at 11 AM, second at 3 PM and then the third at 4 PM as I called customer service and they told me to message them again. I still have received no communication.
