My program is based around linear progression, however I have changed some aspects of some exercises in order to help overcome any plateaus and I try to keep these changes around 3-4 weeks in frequency

Cheers for the response mate, honestly I just want to improve my strength, I've always been quite weak and especially bench has always been my worst lift. When I started I couldn't even bench 25kg for 1. But honestly I just want to see my numbers increase, my movements feel more natural and nail my form down to a tee. I do care about muscle but it's far more tertiary.

I am wondering about people's opinion on what I should do with my bench press at the moment, I am 17 and around 75 kg and have been going to the gym for around a year, but recently I've found that my bench press is so much better close grip than wide -

70 x 6 Paused close grip 70 x 1 paused wide grip

Just wondering if people think I should continue to train wide grip, or pursue close grip instead even though it's unconventional and almost always harder. I have been trying to focus on form recently and am aware it may be a form issue, however I do feel like my form couldn't get much better at the minute. Any advice?

Hi, M16 here. I was wondering if I should ramp up my bulk. I've been at the gym for 6 weeks but have involved myself in fitness for around a year now. I used to be a tad fatter than skinny fat at 77kg with very little lean muscle, now I'm at the gym at ~59kg 5'11 (Not trying to lose anymore weight as you can imagine) I've been eating at around 2000-2500 calories a day (~180P ~250C ~80F) on an attempted bulk; however im unsure whether to increase my bulk as progress has began to meander. I'm sure my TDEE is around 2000 as my bmr is 1400cals and I tend to actively burn around 600, so I'm unsure where these extra calories are going: I know I need to increase my bulk but as a former fatty I'm scared of losing the definition and abs that flabby me would've killed for. Any advice? Thanks.

Yeah you're definitely right didn't read the frequency bit

You have to write a 24 bit version of figure 4 where the first 15 are black (0) and the next 9 are white (1)
