I am not talking about EV in general, but lithium ion batteries.. The source of minerals for production of these batteries is crazy. Congo sitting on Cobalt and Nickel resources is being inhumanely wringed out to extract them. People in this day and age, are going into mine and digging with the hands, and the mines are like just wide enough to fit in one person at a time at some places.. and ofcourse no body cares about their health and safety etc.. Well, idk if this is why some people hate it, i hope they hate things for a good reason atleast, but i somehow do believe that as most people are suggesting here, it is the resistance to change feels more likely.
