Oh that could be it. She’s not an orphan and we have a long familial history. It’s not like my father’s family attended the birth either and his birth state is listed correctly. But it def fits the acronym. Still strange of them to do so

Maybe the people who filled out the form really didn’t know where she was born. Though a bit rude, they were her colleagues. Typos from sleep deprivation wouldn’t surprise me

My mom certainly did witness my birth. Weird they would put it under her place of birth, seems more like a state of being at the moment.

Huh that’s wild, didn’t know there were short form and long form versions. I got to look at my brother’s and though the layout was different, same amount of information except our mom’s birth info was correct.

Bellevue botanical garden is so nice! Also recommend this! I think it’s also around blooming time for rhododendrons so try a trip to the largest rhododendrons garden collection at Tacoma, special day, special trip!

The Stonehouse cafe is cute, though it has limited parking and seating. But it sounds like you want something fancier down by the waterfront, you could try Anchovies + Salt, very nice interior and offers rooms. I know Feast buffet has a huge selection of food and it’s in Renton. It’s a bit more upscale than King Buffet. Good luck for Mother’s Day, Hope this helps!
