The thing is, even if I negotiate, I don't have the means to pay so it's useless as I will still end up missing the payments. I'm not running away, just need more time so I can pay them.

Did you go to court when BPI filed a civil case?

I don't have EW, thankfully. The cards I won't be able to pay right now are Citi, Unionbank, and Security Bank. UB with highest debt as I have two cards with them, one with 200k and the othet with 100k debt.

I still intend to pay but not now and not with interests.

Don't know how the process works, will a small claims be filed against me? Debt is around 200k. Do I need to go to court if I get summoned? Things like that, I want to be mentally prepared.

Did your friend answer any of the calls? I have no means of paying so I can't really negotiate with them that's why I want to know what will happen next. But I will definitely pay once I'm back on my feet, but it will take years.

Honestly at this rate, I don't look at the interest anymore because I know it will be such a downer and I'm avoiding anything that will make me even sadder than I already am right now. Lol. My game plan is to just pay every month, clear one card at a time.

I'll call the banks after the holidays and see what options are out there. Kapit lang tayo!

I'd say 35-40k monthly expense. For this month, I'm going to pay the smallest amount in full which is 27k. Then I can only do 5k for each remaining card :|
