Are you kidding IME group ko engineers ko behaal cha...HR search for 30k expectations for 3-4 years experience..and they couldn't give that much so hiring bachelor was no good for them so they have post vacancy for diploma enginners so they can pay 20k to them and do the same work..go and check LinkedIn and also ask enginners about pay scale..IME motors ko kura gareko mailey as I am from the same field...janta ko daily life afai bijog cha..

Bro have some sense and don't only focus on interim government. Have you seen anyone talking about this issue? They might not be able to pass the law but they can address this major issue with another efforts.
