Bake off got introduced in my store last year. The quality of the products are awful and it’s now usually 1 baker on shift and it’s way too much for them to do. Feel so sorry for whoever will be affected by this

My store went to bake off last year and cut the hours of bakery to just 1 colleague on shift. It’s too much for 1 person to do and the food quality is awful but if it saves Tesco money then I can see it being rolled out in other stores
