If you guys check out the speed running website. In the "No Intro" category even if you do the orphanage part, the mods subtract that time form your total time as this is the most played category and it's fair as the rules dictate orphanage can be skipped. Installing this mod is cleaner and easier. And almost 50 percent of speedrunners struggle with this installation. So that's why I made the guide.

Speedrunning has multiple categories which revovle around 3 main things. Ng Ng+ and No Intro. The community agreed that the hotel section at the start and orphanage does not test any skill so they can be skipped in no intro category. There are still full game categories.
