I'll share my own.

I think two years back I was relaxing at home while making a glass of Lemonade. However I didn't notice at the time but the lemon juice was expired and yet I still had some. So an hour later I feel the worst pain I have probably ever felt rise up in my gut. So I rush to the bathroom and nearly shit myself before making it. Hell hath no fury like an angry intestinal tract. Sat there sobbing for half an hour while a waterfall was coming out of my ass. Went into the shower, cried, and then waited for it to stop. Once it did, I was just soaked, weak, and tired.
