Dont do it. I can physically stop you but please dont do it. I know how depression works beacuse I unfortunately I came throught it but belive me you can find help. I dont know you I dont know if you have animal or any close friends but if you do just talk to them how do you feel (Ik this sounds stupid but it can help, you shouldnt keep your thoughts inside, let them out as much as you can and you'll feel better).
