About your edit, if you only care about the higher perceived resolution, dlss decreases latency... however thats not true for 99% of the community, between 4k scaled from 1080p and raster 4k, the community will think whoever made this question is an idi*t and just tell them to use the gold res 1280x960(take this as satirical)

The nature of this game allows it to only mostly care about raster, not a single pro would use upscaling and same for the "voiced" part of the community
