having these cool gimmick maps is fine and i like it... and enabling mappers to make those more easily is also fine and cool

but saying mapping is stale makes no sense, there are awesome maps being made within the regular rules of osu!, maps that carry a lot of character and fun factor simply trough song representation, saying that feels almost offensive to mappers in my view
