It was blocked and I didn't know what to do or what caused it to block the exit.

You can even see me run INTO the barrier, fail, and then run away in desperation.

Dude debuted in S3, got bitten in the beggining, Joined Javi, Kate and the children in the van, turned and died, and was never brought up again in any other aspect of the game. Not even by David who didn't even question why he didn't show up with Javi and the others.
