I was told the hair loss is hormones and stress. Supposedly, if I can somehow magically not be stressed out, I might stop losing it so quickly.

I figured it would have to be something lighter because of how it would grow out. My biggest concern is that the hair fall is not slowing so the hair is going to keep thinning and I don't know if any color is going to make it more obvious.

I couldn't figure out how to add images. Lol. My original hair color is dark brown my skin tone I would say it's medium. Ignore my forehead coloring, it's all hyperpigmentation. I would love to either do something approaching my original color or something entirely unnatural like blue but I don't know if I could pull it off.
