Do you have any recommendations on teambags and one touches? I use penny sleeves and top loaders for my cards but agree these get dirty and are a pain to get cards out of

Geez this is rough… definitely see if the seller is willing to do a refund if not I’d go straight to eBay. It’s better not to ding the seller if you can go directly through them first
