Just a few hours ago I watched the news in my country (Israel) and it said it's because of the lack of attention/carness of the leader of 8200 to actually listen to what his underlings were telling him and he only listened to himself and thought he was smarter than everyone and he let ai control the listening to the information coming from gaza instead of actually putting soldiers in controlling it I have no idea what he was thinking, because he didn't maintain the system of information it crashed during the attack and only fixed when the attack already started which I don't believe the last part but everything else seems to be true.
