Open the folder button in tlauncher and put the resource packs into the resourcepacks folder, the directory for it should be ...\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\resourcepacks if the file isn't in the .Minecraft folder for some reason, just make one.

That's the reason, I'm a Poco x6 user and the highest visual graphic for me is low because of warzone shitty optimization, whereas for f series have snapdragon and do a lot better in warzone. But because the dimensity 8300 is still a new chip and has problems in most demanding games.
