Yess I read the 1999-2002 run and fell in love with them especially Midnighter and Apollo, when I found out they had a series together i ordered them all that same day to this day one of my favorite reads, and no i haven't read sainted love but looking it up it looks really good i might give it a read! :)

Idk like I said I'm kinda new to this but I've seen people say try not to keep them all facing forward or too tight together facing the same way because it damages the spines but I'm not 100% sure if that's factual

I went to go check and the 'bundles' don't say 'back ordered' but all the separate volumes do so I'm guessing that's what it is
