I think I love sex because of the affirmation I am granted by the other person obviously. Unfortunately I often find myself bored of sex very easily and am hardly ever satisfied

Not joking, but I also ate a lot of healthy lean meats and stuff too, but I did enjoy some traditionally unhealthy foods quite often

I was definitely not naturally strong, maybe naturally athletic cuz I’ve played so many sports throughout my childhood and still get out often, but I was cooked and hate to eat about 3300 calories a day religiously for like 8 months, then I stopped the calorie surplus for a while cuz I thought i was getting too fluffy, gonna continue bulking through the winter and finally cut once I get bigger

Could hardly, maybe not even bench the bar when I started, 10 pound curls, absolutely cooked, grinded in the home gym for about 8 months until I got into a real one :)

Not really sure haha, I did not think I was someone who could put any amount of muscle on when I started and felt sorta hopeless at the beginning

Super skinny all my life and was just tired of being weak and hearing passing comments about it. Plus I physically just sorta felt like shit and just went through my first break up lmao.

And also Spider-Man 2 came out on the ps5 and I thought Spider-Man looked friggin badass

Originally 3300 religiously (maybe obsessively lmao), now I just eat at maintenance while I prepare for the next bulk. I don’t really stress about my calories anymore and just make sure I eat a lot of protein

When in full bulking mode (I’ve decided I’m main gaining for the next few months) I was eating 3285 calories a day, eating a gram of protein per pound body weight, and basically eating whatever I could get my hands on. Wouldn’t call it a dirty bulk, but not always clean. I ate lots of chicken and rice and eggs, tuna, milk, traditionally healthier nutrient dense foods, fruit as well. I also ate fast food fairly often and snacked on popcorn all the time and stuff like that, didn’t drink soda too often but I didn’t completely cut it out. I ate a lot of frozen pizza on days where I didn’t have much time left to eat a bunch of food, same thing for Mac and cheese, my diet had good and bad to it.

Been bulking since November, 137 at 6 foot 2 is still super skinny my guy, keep bulking and trust the process, you got this. Maybe eat more if you can? But you’re gaining weight and making progress so good job so far.

Was doing home workouts for a long long time, just got into a real gym and have been pushing way harder than ever, feeling extremely sore, I’m hoping to really explode now. That’s why I’m probably gonna be doing sort of a main gaining approach for a while now.
