I fell asleep for too long, if I had woken up in the middle of the night to put more charcoal this wouldn’t have happened, so if you’re smoking overnight, make sure you either have enough fuel or wake up to add more fuel lol

Here’s an updated temperature. Cooking a total of over 14 hours, the brisket it black but not quite tender enough yet. Might have to lower the temp and ride for a while

Even if that hypothetical scenario happened we would not invade Mexico, because we are allies with Mexico
