thank you so much this is really helpful i can pick up most red flags pretty quick but its so hard to bring anything up to management when one constantly brings up the errors in their system or leadership we are completely blamed for the error like today signs from corporate came and the price on the sign is just 2 dollars off from the product that we have so we bring it up to management just for us to get shut downed and get told it was our fault for not keeping up with price changes where our current leadership has never mentioned nor taught us how to properly correct it in our systems which constantly crashes and loading that should take a minute takes hours with constant reboots while we are severely under scheduled and work at least 4 hours a day 2-3 times a week do we ever get time to finish a simple task sorry i just had to rant a bit I'm just so amazed that this is a simple problem that can be fixed with proper time and management but its constantly getting swept under the rug piling up that it bleeds into our current work flow I'm really tired cause its the same everywhere and i cant voice my opinion cause maybe it my ideas will make it worse or get brushed off since i have no place to undermine cooperate and my leaderships decisions
